Mideast Buttermilk Shake

This fresh, minty shake seems decadent, despite being almost fat-free. Buttermilk tastes rich, but it doesn’t contain much fat.

  • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • ½ cup ice cubes

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until thick. Pour into a tall glass; serve immediately.
