Mild Szechwan Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 tsp. sugar
  • 3 tsp. black rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tsp. chili sauce

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
