Mild Szechwan Peanut Sauce

- 3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. black rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 tsp. chili sauce
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.
