Mini Caveman’s Carrots
These puréed carrots can be incorporated into another recipe—to thicken a soup, for example.

- 12 oz. carrots, peeled and chopped
- ¼ cup water
- Place the carrots in a 4- or 6-quart slow cooker, add water, cover, and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Use a blender or food processor to purée.
