Mini Caveman’s Squash

Babies seem to love this nutrient-rich and creamy sweet squash. It’s full of Vitamins A and C, along with the anti-inflammatory pigment, beta-carotene.

  • 2 butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • ¼ cup water


  • Place the squash in a 4- or 6-quart slow cooker, add water, cover, and cook on high for 3 hours.
  • Use a blender or food processor to purée.
