Mint Chutney (Pudine Ki Chutney)

Mint Chutney one of the most popular Indian chutneys. A perfect dipping sauce, this even makes a unique salad dressing. This tastes best freshly made.

Ingredients

  • 2 packed cups fresh mint
  • 1” piece fresh gingerroot, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 serrano green chilies, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and coarsely chopped

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend to a fine paste. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
