Mint-Cilantro Chutney (Pudine Dhaniye Ke Chutney)
Use this as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or as a topping for grilled meats or seafood.

- 1 packed cup cilantro
- ½ packed cup mint
- 2 serrano green chilies, roughly chopped
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth paste. To aid in the blending process, you can add 1 tablespoon of water if needed. Chill for about 30 minutes. Serve as a dipping sauce. This chutney will keep, refrigerated, for 4 days.
