Mint and Cilantro Chutney

Enjoy this chutney with your favorite lamb or chicken dish. It is the perfect complement to any East Asian recipe.

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1½ Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½" piece fresh gingerroot, peeled
  • 5 Tbsp. water


  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend the ingredients, adding water as needed, until mixture is slightly chunky.
