Mint and Cilantro Chutney
Enjoy this chutney with your favorite lamb or chicken dish. It is the perfect complement to any East Asian recipe.

- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 piece (1⁄2 inch) fresh ginger, peeled
- 5 Tbsp. water
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend the ingredients, adding water as needed, until mixture is slightly chunky.
