- 2 cups fresh peas
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- ¼ tsp. ground white pepper
- ¼ tsp. salt
- Over medium heat, sauté peas in butter and 2 tablespoons water until tender. Season with mint, pepper, and salt.
