Minted Peas

This is a refreshing way to serve peas, especially in the spring.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peas
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • ¼ tsp. ground white pepper
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

  • Over medium heat, sauté peas in butter and 2 tablespoons water until tender. Season with mint, pepper, and salt.
