Minty Banana Pear Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped mint leaves
  • 4 medium pears, peeled and cored
  • ½ medium lemon, peeled
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place lettuce, mint, pears, lemon, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
