Minty Banana Pear Smoothie
Sweet pears are made even sweeter by the addition of fresh lemon. Combined with romaine and deliciously refreshing mint, this unique blend of flavors makes a wonderfully refreshing treat that will satisfy sweet cravings without added sugar.

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped mint leaves
- 4 medium pears, peeled and cored
- ½ medium lemon, peeled
- 2 cups purified water
- Place lettuce, mint, pears, lemon, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining water while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
