Minty Fruit Chutney

Only make this chutney with fresh peaches and mint in season. Use local produce when possible.

  • 5 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 2 sprigs mint, chopped
  • 1 shallot, peeled and minced
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • ½ cup peach nectar (or substitute peach juice)


  • Mix together all the ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
