Mixed Berry Parfait
The layers of sweet fruit, tangy yogurt, and crunchy granola make a lovely light breakfast or dessert. Any combination of your favorite berries will work well in this recipe.

- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups gluten-free granola
- 2 cups blueberries, raspberries, and/or sliced strawberries
- 2 cups whipped cream
- In parfait dishes or wine glasses, layer the yogurt, granola, and berries. Repeat. Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
