This refreshing rum drink is made with fresh lime juice and mint leaves. It is the perfect drink for Cuban and “Floribbean” food.

- 6 large mint leaves
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 3 oz. light rum
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 oz. club soda
- 4 thin lime slices
- 1 small mint sprig
- Place the mint leaves, lime juice, rum, and sugar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and bruise the mint leaves with a muddler. Add ice and shake well.
- Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and top off with club soda.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
