- 12 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ¾ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- In a food processor, combine garlic, cilantro, cumin, and vinegar.
- Pulse until finely chopped. With motor running, add olive oil in a thin stream until mixture is thick and blended. Add salt to taste.
