Molasses Cookie Dough Bites

These soft, safe-to-eat raw cookie dough bites are intensely-spiced and sweetened only with dates and molasses.

  • 1⁄2 cup oats
  • 1⁄2 cup pitted and chopped Medjool dates
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1⁄8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1⁄16 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1⁄8 tsp. salt


  • In a food processor, add the oats and pulse until it becomes a fine flour. Add the dates and walnuts and pulse until crumbly. Add the molasses, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt and mix well.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
