Mulled Apple Cider
To make this cold-weather classic, heat apple cider, orange juice, and honey with cinnamon and cloves in a slow cooker. Serve in mugs with a slice of lemon and mulling spices.

- 1 orange
- 12 whole cloves
- 10 cups apple cider
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lemon, cut into thin slices
- With your hand, roll the orange around on the countertop to soften. Stick cloves into the skin of the orange.
- Combine cider, orange juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, and orange in 4-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or until flavors are blended and hot. Stir in lemon juice and lemon slices. Serve in mugs.
