Mulled Cider

Traditional Mulled Cider is a warm, comforting drink for cool autumn days. Spice combinations include clove-studded orange, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, and cranberry juice.

  • 8 cups apple cider
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1⁄2 tsp. lemon juice


  • In a saucepan, combine apple cider, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to boil, lower heat, and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Strain. Stir in lemon juice.
