Murray’s Gouda Grits

- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 cup polenta or medium ground cornmeal
- 1 cup Murray’s Estate Gouda, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- In sauce pan, bring water and salt to boil. Lower heat slightly and whisk in polenta or cornmeal. Continue whisking until mixture thickens.
- Incorporate Gouda, heavy cream or milk and pepper. If needed, add water to thin out till desired thickness is achieved.
