- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seeds
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 3 cups peeled and chopped small cucumbers
- 1 cup thinly sliced white onion
- Mix salt, sugar, and mustard seeds together; add to a quart jar along with cider vinegar.
- Add cucumbers and onions to vinegar mixture, filling to the point where all cucumbers remain covered with the liquid.
- Refrigerate and allow cucumbers to marinate for at least 2 weeks.
