This is so simple and good, you won’t ever go wrong by making it. It's great with salmon, ham, or roast beef. You can also serve it with salads.

- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced dill, oregano, parsley, or basil
- Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl until emulsified. Serve immediately or store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
