Mustard Sauce

This is so simple and good, you won’t ever go wrong by making it. It's great with salmon, ham, or roast beef. You can also serve it with salads.

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ⅛ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced dill, oregano, parsley, or basil


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl until emulsified. Serve immediately or store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
