This is a mayonnaise-free version of the shredded cabbage salad classic. Youʼll find that the sesame oil adds a wonderful nutty flavor. You can also garnish the slaw with toasted sesame seeds.

- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1⁄4 cup shredded carrot
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, sliced on the bias
- 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Refrigerate at least 60 minutes before serving.
