Not Your Classic Cabbage Smoothie
Cabbage gets kicked up and sweetened up with the addition of sweet fruits that boast B vitamins, beta-carotene, and tons of minerals that boost brain functioning and focus.

- 1 cup green cabbage
- 2 medium peaches, pits removed
- 1 cup cubed mango, peeled and seeded
- ½ medium pink grapefruit, peeled and seeded
- 2 cups organic apple juice, not from concentrate
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
