Cabbage gets kicked up and sweetened up with the addition of sweet fruits that boast B vitamins, beta-carotene, and tons of minerals that boost brain functioning and focus.

  • 1 cup green cabbage
  • 2 medium peaches, pits removed
  • 1 cup cubed mango, peeled and seeded
  • ½ medium pink grapefruit, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups organic apple juice, not from concentrate


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.
