Nourishing Nut Mix

This snack mix features a flavorful blend of steel-cut oats, nuts and seeds. The oats, a whole grain, provide fiber and energy, while the nuts and seeds provide heart healthy fat and plant-based protein.

  • 1⁄4 cup Simple Truth™ Steel Cut Oats
  • 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1⁄2 cup Simple Truth™ Sea Salt Roasted Cashews, coarsely chopped
  • 1⁄4 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1⁄4 cup unsweetened dried coconut
  • 1⁄4 cup sliced raw almonds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add coconut oil and honey; stir to combine.
  • Spread on rimmed cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown, approximately 10-15 minutes, stirring once during cooking process.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on cookie sheet.
