Nut-Free Hot Pot Dipping Sauce
Use this simple dip with any type of hot pot dish or meat cooked in broth.

- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
- Combine the soy sauce, rice wine, and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan. Stir in the sugar. Bring to a boil, then cool. For best results, allow the sauce to sit for two hours for the flavors to blend.
