“Nut” Your Everyday Trail Mix
This is an easy trail mix that’s simple to put together, prepackage, and have on the go. Whenever your kids need a healthy snack that will fuel their brains and their bodies for any activity, this is a sound alternative to any store bought variety.

- 1 cup gluten-free granola
- 1 cup natural, unsweetened dried cranberries
- ½ cup unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
- ½ cup unsalted cashews, crushed
- ½ cup natural almonds, crushed
- ½ cup carob chips
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to resealable plastic bags in ½ cup amounts.
- Refrigerate bags for up to 1 week or freeze for 1 month.
