Nutella Ice Cream
Nutella has been a favorite for years in Europe and is now popular in the United States. Use this hazelnut and chocolate spread to make your own gianduja-like ice cream.

- 1 cup Nutella
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1¾ cups half and half
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in the food processor, and purée until very smooth. Chill in refrigerator for 2–4 hours, or overnight.
- Once chilled, add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
