  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup whole roasted almonds
  • 1 cup salted Spanish peanuts
  • 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds


  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide trail mix into individual portions and serve in paper cups or store in zippered plastic bags.
