Bring this trail mix along when you go for a walk, hike, or road trip, or pack it in lunches. It’s a convenient snack that will keep you going until dinner!

- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup whole roasted almonds
- 1 cup salted Spanish peanuts
- 1 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Divide trail mix into individual portions and serve in paper cups or store in zippered plastic bags.
