Oatmeal Berry Smoothie

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup dry rolled oats
- 2½ cups blueberry kefir
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups ice
- Combine berries, oats, kefir, and cinnamon in the blender with ½ cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
