Oatmeal Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • ½ cup dry rolled oats
  • 2½ cups blueberry kefir
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups ice


  • Combine berries, oats, kefir, and cinnamon in the blender with ½ cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
