  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 anchovy, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

  • Stir together yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and anchovy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Store refrigerated.
