Oktoberfest Bratwurst
This delicious classic summer pairing is perfect for an evening out by the grill.

Ingredients
- 1 package (19 oz.) Johnsonville® Beer 'n Bratwurst Brats
- 4 bratwurst buns
- 1⁄2 cup Kroger® Shredded Sauerkraut
- 1⁄4 cup Private Selection™ Whole Grain Garlic Mustard
- 2 cups Private Selection™ Smoked Gouda & Garlic Ripple-Cut Kettle Chips
- 4 cans (12 oz.) Samuel Adams® Octoberfest beer
Directions
- Heat grill to medium-low heat.
- Place brats on the grill and cook for 20 minutes, turning often. Cook until an internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
- Once brats are fully cooked, place each in a bun and top with 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut and 1 tablespoon of mustard on each brat.
- Serve with ½ cup of chips and 1 can of beer for each person.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
