Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding in the Slow Cooker
This creamy delicious rice pudding can be served hot or cold. Top it with cinnamon and sweetened whipped cream for a special treat.

- ¾ cup long-grain rice
- 3 cups whole milk
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- In a colander, rinse rice with cold water, until water runs clear.
- Pour rice into a greased 4-quart slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 2½–3 hours, until rice has absorbed the liquid.
- Serve warm or refrigerate until cold.
