Tapenade is a traditional paste from the south of France made with olives, capers, anchovies, and olive oil. It’s great spread on slices of toasted baguette.

- 2 cups pitted Kalamata olives
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1⁄2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times until it forms a chunky paste. Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
