Onion-Red Pepper Relish
This tangy, fresh relish is great served with grilled beef.

- 1 large red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 2 fresh serrano chili peppers, seeded and minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
