Onion-Red Pepper Relish

This tangy, fresh relish is great served with grilled beef.

Ingredients

  • 1 large red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, minced
  • 2 fresh serrano chili peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
