Orange Broccoli Smoothie

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and seeded
  • 2 cups purified water


  • Place romaine, broccoli, zucchini, oranges, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
