  • 5 medium carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1⁄4 cup carrot juice
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1⁄4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
  • 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt


  • Blend grated carrot, carrot juice, ginger, orange juice, thyme, and yogurt until smooth. Pour into a tall glass.
