Orange Carrot Smoothie

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 2 carrots, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp. ginger, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup milk


  • In a blender, add orange, carrots, ginger, turmeric, honey, mango and milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
