Orange Cashew Salad Dressing

This is a delicious dressing made with a base of cashews. Olive oil may be used in place of the sesame oil.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin sesame oil
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Continue to blend until the cashews are fully emulsified. Season with salt and pepper
