Orange Coconut Dreamsicle-in-a-Glass

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • ½ cup grated coconut
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Directions

  • Place orange chunks into blender and blend on high to break up. Add milk and blend oranges and milk together just until combined. Add coconut, vanilla, honey, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with coconut and serve immediately.
