Orange-Glazed Meatballs

Using a slow cooker makes this recipe completely hands-off, but if you want to speed things up you can heat the meatballs and sauce on the stove over medium heat for 20 minutes.

  • 24 oz. frozen fully-cooked beef and pork meatballs
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce


  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set the machine to low and cook 4 hours. Every 30 minutes, stir the meatballs to be sure they are evenly coated. The sauce should be sticky and thick, but if the sauce gets too dry, add a little water. Serve hot.
