Orange Sherbet

This can be lemon sherbet if you use lemonade concentrate.

  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1⁄2 cup water
  • 1⁄4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate


  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into an 8-by-4-inch loaf pan and freeze until almost firm, about 2 hours. Turn out of pan into a bowl and beat with a fork. Return to pan and freeze until firm, about 2 hours more.
