This smoothie can be varied in so many ways. Use pineapple yogurt, pineapple nectar, and crushed pineapple instead of the orange; use your imagination!

- 1½ cups low-fat orange-flavored yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 large orange, peeled and sliced
- ¼ cup vanilla-flavored whey protein
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- Place yogurt, orange juice, orange, whey protein, and vanilla in blender or food processor; blend or process until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend or process until thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
