Orange Vinaigrette

This vinaigrette goes well with grilled chicken salads or as a sauce to accompany a grilled chicken entrée.

  • ¼ cup champagne vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil


  • Whisk together the vinegar, orange juice, zest, Tabasco, and salt in a mixing bowl. While whisking, slowly add in the olive oil at a drizzle. Adjust seasoning to taste. The vinaigrette will keep for 1 to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. Whisk before use if separated.
