- 4 large potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 475°F.
- Scrub potatoes and cut into strips ¼" by ¼" by 4" long. In a medium bowl, toss together the potatoes, oil, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, butter, and cheese and mix Add potatoes and toss well.
- Spread out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake, turning occasionally with a spatula, until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
