Oven-Fried Chicken Nuggets
These nuggets are not deep-fried but baked in the oven instead. They are still crunchy, and less oily. Serve these with dipping sauces such as honey, barbecue sauce, honey mustard, ranch dressing, and ketchup.

- 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 cups dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
- Melt butter and mix it with the mustard. Set aside. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Toss chicken chunks in the butter mixture; then roll them around in the crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken chunks on the foil and bake for 1 hour. Serve warm or at room temperature.
