Oven Potato Wedges

- 4 large potatoes (about 2 lbs.)
- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1⁄2 tsp. seasoned salt
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Do not peel potatoes; scrub well. Cut them into quarters, then cut each quarter into two or more wedges about 1 inch wide on the skin side.
- Coat a jellyroll pan well with cooking oil spray. Place the potato wedges in the pan, standing upright with the skin side down. Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until fork tender and nicely browned.
