Overnight Blueberry, Mint, and Quinoa Breakfast Cereal

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1⁄2 tsp. kosher salt


  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
