Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 6 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 1 dried fig, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. golden raisins
  • 4 cups water
  • 8 canned apricot halves

Directions

  • Blend skim milk and dry milk in a blender until mixed.
  • Add milk mixture, oats, cranberries, fig, raisins and water in a slow cooker with a ceramic interior; set to low heat. Cover and cook overnight (8 hours). Serve with apricot halves on top.
