Palace-Style Rose Milk Pudding

- 6 cups whole milk
- 1 small piece mastic
- 2 tsps. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rose water
- 1 tsp. rice flour
- 2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- In a large saucepan, combine the milk, mastic, sugar, and rose water, and bring to a boil.
- In a small bowl, mix the rice flour with little bit of cold water, then add the mixture to the boiling milk. Cook for 3 minutes. Pour into small, elegant serving glasses. Top with the strawberries and garnish with mint.
