Paleo “Choc” Pot
This delectable chocolate mousse-like dessert is Paleo-approved.

- 5 egg yolks
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place an oven-safe dish inside a 6-quart slow cooker and add water around the dish, making a water bath. Fill water until it reaches the halfway point of the dish.
- Whip egg yolks, coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and cocoa powder together and pour mixture into baking dish. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
- Unplug the slow cooker, let dish cool at least 1 hour and remove from slow cooker. Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
