- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups avocado oil
- Combine eggs, lemon juice, and dry mustard in a food processor and pulse until blended.
- Drizzle oil into egg mixture slowly and continue to pulse until completely blended.
