Paleo “Pasta” Palooza

Serve this “pasta” tossed with fresh herbs, pepper, and your favorite sauce.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 spaghetti squash


  • With a skewer or large fork, puncture several holes in the spaghetti squash.
  • Pour water in a 2-quart slow cooker and add the whole squash. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  • Split the squash and remove the seeds. Use a fork to shred the strands from the squash, which will resemble angel hair pasta. Transfer the “spaghetti” strands to a bowl.
